While in Ghana, Gerri helped start women’s co-operatives, providing micro loans and business advice to ladies in villages. There have been high success rates, as the co-op members work well together; encouraging each other to thoughtfully and prayerfully plan the details of starting and operating their small businesses. All the members repay their loans, inspiring those around them!
This co-operative method enables parents to pay their children’s school fees, women to start self-supporting businesses and literally breaks bonds of poverty. To financially fuel the micro loan, go to the Donate page.
