After other calls I had to follow, I threatened to take my case elsewhere because they were useless and don`t fight your case! We agreed to make the defendants an offer of £6000, they then had 21 days to respond, it ended on Thursday I then had to follow them again to see what the result was, only to learn that they did not respond and the defendants did not respond but we gave them until Monday, that should not have been the case. So I call AGAIN ON MONDAY to find out that they will not continue the case! HONESTLY, I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS WASTE COMPANY I obviously read these reviews from other people, not just me, they upset EVEYONE CONTACT ME OR THE OMBUDSMAN I TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAIST THEM, SO IF WE ALL DO, THEY WILL BE COMPENSATED AND SO WE SHOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, WE DESERVE TO BE COMPENSATED FOR OUR NON-JURIES AND THEY DON`T CARE!
